Custom Quilts

To place an order, or to get an estimate for a Custom Quilt,
please fill out the form below. This is only a guideline.

You will be contacted via email, or if you prefer, by phone,
to get more specific information on your desired Quilt design.

Quilt prices range from $10 to $25 per square foot, depending on the complexity
of the design. Quilts are made from 100% premium cotton and are machine quilted.

The deadline for ordering a quilt for Christmas delivery
is November 1st. I'm sorry but I cannot accept any more orders for
Christmas quilts after that date. I will be happy to take your order
and make your quilt for delivery in the new year - Thank you!

Ordering Information and Terms of Sale
I will begin a quilt when I receive both your order form and a check or money order in U.S. funds
for half the total price. The second half of your payment is due upon completion of the quilt.
I will ship (or if local, will deliver) the quilt upon receipt of this payment. I will give you the cost
of the quilt during a consultation phone call after receiving your quilt request form.
